Four Gorgeous Girls

2 in the Gibbons's backyard.

4 with a double dose of pacifiers!

1 looking WAY too grown up for my taste!

3 not getting her way. Everyone together now, Awwwww....

Yup. Still too grown up!

Well, I haven't been as good as I had planned about keeping up our blog for those who live far away. Part of the problem has been that our computer is dying! Yikes - hopefully it can hold out for another 6 months or more - I had to do the mad "back up all the picture files" dash the other day so that I wouldn't lose over 2 years of photos if the thing decides to completely crash! Oh, the stress (especially since that's 4's entire life thus far!) Of course, I've printed and scrapbooked a lot of them, but not nearly even half and I don't want to lose them!

Anyway, here is a quick update for those who are interested. Most exciting (at least, for me!) is that David started his LAST externship and will be graduating in less than 4 months!!! We are nervous and excited and stressed! His externship site is PERFECT in his words. He is thrilled with the situation, especially for it being his last one. There are 2 doctors in a private practice and they basically just consider David a 3rd doc. He has his own patients scheduled, he sees them, treats them, and unless they need a written RX, he sends them out the door!!! If he has any questions, the docs are good about answering them and not making him feel stupid. And if THEY don't know the answer, they tell him that and they all figure it out together. None of that "I know everything" kind of mentality. He's really enjoying it. Now he just needs to find a REAL job that PAYS!!!! :) He does have a couple of leads and is planning a trip to WA and OR in February. We'll keep you posted on how all that goes!

The girls are well. Not much new. 1 is becoming quite the little lady! 1 and 2 had grown out their bangs, but too often don't want me to put anything in their hair and I got tired of hair in their face, so I cut bangs again last night. I'm not sure I love how they look. Kinda liked it better away from their faces but if they won't let me pull it back, this is the only way to keep it out of their eyes! 3 was "Star of the Day" on Friday in her class. She got to do all the jobs (door holder, light helper, weather helper, etc.) and wear a crown and have her picture taken. She thought she was the cat's meow! I'm working on potty-training 4. SO MUCH FUN!!! I'll keep you posted. She acts like she's ready, but we'll see.

We got a family picture with a missionary friend of ours last night so you can see everyone as updated as possible!

So long for now. Enjoy the pix!

Sooo cute!!! And they ALL look so grown up. Wow how time flies!
We are having the same bang troubles with our 2, 4, and 6. 4 and 6 have been cut and 2 took the warning and now keeps it out of her face.
And potty training! WOW! What will you do with all the extra money you will save on diapers and wipes?
