Some more Disney fun...

I just wanted to share with you some of the fun pix we had taken when we were at Disneyland. I don't know how many of you have been recently, but I hadn't been for a LONG while - like I said in my earlier post. Anyway, they now have photographers all over the park. Strategically placed in areas where people tend to want pictures of themselves and previously had to either ask a perfect stranger to take it for them, or not all be in the picture at one time. Now you can get this little card (like a credit card) and the Disney photographer scans your number into their camera and takes your pictures. Each time you get to one of these spots you give them your card and all the images taken during your stay get saved to that card number. Then, when you're ready, you go to their booth and give them your card. They stick it in their computer and it brings up all your pictures and you can choose to have them printed or not. Or, you can do what we did and buy the CD with all the pictures on it. This also buys you the rights to the pictures so that you can do whatever you like with them thereafter. You can print as many as you like and even publish them to things like, oh I don't know, BLOGS perhaps?! The other unique thing is that they digitally enhance a couple of the pictures. They had us pose a certain way, but didn't tell us why - we just had to wait until we saw the pix! They turned out pretty fun I think! What do you think?! Hey, look! Here we are just inside of Disney's California Adventure and out of the ground pops Stitch from Lilo and Stitch! He's a destructive little critter, isn't he?!
This one's a little harder to see cuz it's so tiny on the blog, but if you look very closely in our hands you can see Tinker Bell! Another one of the photographers took a picture like this in a different location in the park, but I don't think it turned out as well.

No digital enhancement on this one. Just thought it was a cute picture! Hope you enjoyed! Ruth
